I bought this to replace my existing entry that died (was over 7 years of age). I love that this has a remote control-I'm not lazy, but it's nice to be able to turn it off without getting. I also like the timer function. no more waking up in the middle if the night to get up and turn it off. I found however that this drive can take my switch if I set the temperature above 68. I live in a new apartment building, so I know that there is nothing wrong with the switch (nothing else
