Review ClassicFlame, There could be a little better quality control from the manufacturer

The couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the ClassicFlame 39EB500GRA 39" Traditional Built-in Electric Fireplace Insert,, so i would like to describe here.

There might be a little better quality control manufacturer, although this is overall a great electric fireplace. heats well and I like that the temperature can be changed. good looking records and the flame doesn't seem super realistic, but it's close enough. the only thing that seemed like "cheap" is the brick on the back and sides. they look beautiful but are a fragile material, plastic that I feel like I might accidentally break. This is not a problem though,
